Shift is a habit tracking application designed to help you build and maintain positive habits. The App provides features including:

• Creating and tracking daily habits
• Setting reminders and notifications
• Viewing statistics and progress
• Optional cloud sync and backup

3. User Accounts

Some features of Shift may require you to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Shift offers both free and premium features:

• Free Features: Basic habit tracking, limited habits, local storage
• Premium Features: Unlimited habits, cloud sync, advanced statistics, priority support

Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refunds are handled according to the respective store's policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's services
• Share your account with others

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Shift are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Shift is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Any specific results will be achieved from using the App
• The App will meet your specific requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.
